BACC 3XI visited Darlington RA 3rds on Sunday seeking their first victory of the season. Put into bat, Bishops had a disastrous start losing two wickets in the first over. A cameo 21 from Omawale (Wally) Hinds entertained the crowd but with his exit wickets fell regularly. Only real resistance came from Paul Barrow with 30no taking Bishops to a disappointing 107 all out with the old warhorse Karl Wheeler taking 5-20 the pick of the RA bowlers.

The challenge to the RA was easily achieved reaching 109 in 19 overs. Wickets for James Harris and Ethan Dowson managed to get a bowling bonus point on a disappointing day for Bishops.
