The Bishop Auckland CC Young Player Development Program consists of 9 x 60 min sessions specifically designed to challenge and improve young players who have ambition to play higher level cricket within their respective age range or indeed beyond.
In the lead up weeks to the 2023 cricket season, our sessions will be a mix of skills development and net practice. These sessions will be inclusive of cricket balls (for players with sufficient skill and experience) however every provision will be made for less experienced players and new starters.
The programme is designed by BACC Director of Coaching Steve Chapman and supporting Level ECB 1, 2 or 3 coaches will offer a diverse range of drills to ensure maximum enjoyment and learning capacity for those players in attendance.
Both of our junior programmes are offered to boys and girls new to the game and indeed those who have previous experience.
Whilst we are keen to keep children in respective age groups, we are more than willing to be flexible (wherever possible) if the need arises.
U12 Program Boys & Girls - For children aged between 7 – 12yrs
(Inclusive of Softball for younger and less experienced players & Hardball for entry level hardball players)
